The Village at Lakewest house elderly persons 55 or older without regards to race, color, religion, disability, familial status, national origin or gender. Low-income subsidies are provided. All residents must meet income guidelines and requirements that have been set forth. Employment income, overtime, Social Security or SSI, interest and dividends, retirement funds and other sources of income are all considered in this calculation. For a more specific list of what is considered “income” please ask our Leasing Consultant.

The Village at Lakewest federally assisted program offers rental assistance for seniors who meet the requirements of the program. Rents are based on a resident’s adjusted gross income which is calculated by subtracting approved medical expenses from their income.

To be eligible you must meet the following qualifications:

– You must be must be 55 years of age or older

– You must be able to meet the posted criteria stated on Tenant Selection Plan

– You must have an annual income consistent with federal guidelines for income maximums set
